This includes plagiarism, challenges, bad grades, exclusion, probation, loss of scholarship/prize/diploma/position, bankruptcy, suspension, or other disciplinary or legal action. Those who purchase material from our site are solely responsible for any disciplinary action resulting from improper, unethical, and/or illegal use of the material.
We do not own the copyright in images unless they have been specifically designed by our in-house illustrators, so we do not use images that are subject to our copyright. We simply provide links to recommended images that you can copy and place yourself. You can use royalty-free images without hesitation, but copyrighted images may require you to pay the owner.
If you request a refund before we start working on the product you have ordered, we will refund 100% of the cost paid (excluding the transaction fee, which will be deducted). Once the order has been shipped, it is not possible to request a 100% refund. Once the order has been initiated, the time spent on the project cannot be refunded, and therefore we do not offer refunds. The products and services we offer are non-refundable, and there are no guarantees expressed or implied. However, you can request a free evaluation at most once.
If you are not 100% satisfied with the quality of the product/service, you can request a 50% refund of the price paid. We will process the 50% refund once we have examined the quality problem you complained about. If you have an exceptional complaint situation and request a full refund, your case will be referred to the evaluation committee, which will make an impartial decision based on facts and evidence.
Editing Orders: We will revise edited content to ensure that no objective or technical errors remain. If no objective or technical errors remain in the content, any further revisions to that content are provided at the sole discretion of the Company.
Ghostwriting Orders: We will revise small segments of written material until that segment is approved by the Client. Once the Client approves of the content that we develop, revisions to that content will be billed at an appropriate editing rate.
Modify your order. We will edit the edited content to ensure that it does not contain any factual or technical errors. If the content does not contain any factual or technical errors, any further changes will be made at our discretion.
For ghostwriting orders, we will review small sections of written material until the content is approved by the client. Once the client has approved the content developed by us, changes to that content will be invoiced at the applicable editorial rate.
